Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas, Indian Wells

The resort has a stunning entrance and a great pool area that families can enjoy. However, the room I stayed in was dated and needed repairs, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Even though I had a nice experience at check-in, the overall services did not meet my expectations for a luxury stay.

The hotel provided a lovely retreat, with spacious villas that accommodated my family perfectly. We enjoyed the heated pools despite the cooler temperatures, and the kids loved the water slide. However, there were some issues with service at the adult pool area and ongoing construction nearby, which affected the views and atmosphere a bit. Overall, it was a wonderful family getaway, but I would have preferred a more attentive service experience.

We had a great family vacation at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells! The pools were so much fun for the kids, and the warm service made us feel right at home. While the dining options were delicious, we encountered some initial confusion at breakfast. The room upgrades we received were fantastic, but it would be great to have a few more touches to enhance the experience. Overall, it was a memorable stay with some room for improvement.
